Mr. Khizhnyak is an accomplished business development and marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in Forex and consulting industries who has covered all aspects of strategy, sales, marketing and day-to-day operations of FX, CFD, binary options and crypto exchange business. Tthroughout his caree Mr. Khizhnyak led a number of major successful market extry and market expansion efforts for varios B2C, B2B brokers and tech vendors in Greater China region, generating revenues in the tens of millions of dollars for his clients.
Pavel holds a Bachelor degree in Oriental studies and MBA in Project Management, and speaks fluent Mandarin. He is a frequent guest speaker at industry events in China and overseas. During his career, Pavel has held various positions as Country and Regional Head, Marketing Director, Institutional Sales Director, VP of Global Partnership Sales, COO and Board Member in several leading global FX and CFD brokerages. He spent 6 years on Wall Street and over a decade in Greater China and South East Asia. |
Daniil Danchenko - Consultant/Analyst
Daniil is a well-qualified professional with extensive experience in energy sector focusing on APAC and particularly on China. He has expertise in the implementation of oil & gas cross-border investment projects in China and Russia with the participation of international and national oil companies and financial organizations.
Skilled in macroeconomic research and analysis of energy markets fundamentals, statistical data analysis, energy policies, renewables, regulatory risks. Daniil has experience of more than 18 years of working and living in China, holds MBA degree from one of the leading Chinese universities and master’s in Economic analysis. He brings to our team of experts a broad spectrum of experience in setting up business units in China and research teams, conducting topical analysis to help our clients understand policies, anticipate critical trends and risks, examine the competitive landscape, and identify opportunities in China and ASEAN countries.

Diana is a seasoned FX and CFD industry veteral with close to 2 decades of experience in retail and institutional FX in Greater China and South East Asia. She had a successful career with several major FX brokers in China. Trhoughout her career Diana held roles as the Head of Customer Service, Head of Regional Retail Sales and Head of Liquidty Sales. Diana is fluent in Russian and English and holds a Master’s Degree from Moscow State Peoples Friendship University.
